2simplylearn will work with your business to assist with the initial start of the LMS. We will provide online support and a short period of training via webinars. We also have a range of eLearning modules to help the authors use the tools for the LMS.

We understand that businesses can vary dramatically in size and whilst we have different memberships for different sizes of organisations 2simplylearn are very responsive to this and can adjust pricing structures to reflect. Contact us for more details.

Yes. We are a flexible company but will require just a few days notice for upgrading and 28 days notice for downgrading (this is due to agreed data collection and what your company requires through GDPR policies)

Memberships and course purchases can be paid by BACS or Credit or Debit Card. Invoices are issued on the first day of each month. Payment terms are 30 days.

All agreements are based on a rolling 12 month contract (unless otherwise agreed in writing). If you do not wish to renew your contract please advise us at least 30 days before the end of your current contract period.

As this is a supported LMS and your purchased package includes this level of support we will run progress reports for you, this takes away the need for your business allocating specific staff members. The reports will provide detailed statistics of all users that you have registered. Here, you can see their progress and the amount of time they have spent studying. We would need 24hrs to run these reports for you.

The user will get access to their course material for the duration of your contract. We can set reminders for the students if you wish.

Yes. As long as your company is registered with 2simplylearn and has an active membership.

Dependant upon the package purchased. Your staff will get access to every course in the catalogue pertaining to that purchase. You can register as many students as you like for each course.

We have a wide range of courses. Some videos are quick learning and can be viewed in just 2 minutes. Other courses are split into modules and the duration ranges between 20 minutes and 20 hours.

All of our course material is available online. Students can access the material via any internet-connected device 24/7.

You can register as many staff members as you need dependant upon your agreement with 2simplylearn.

If you need to add additional staff members to your package you can upgrade to the next package. The rate will be calculated pro-rata for the remainder of your contract.

To help you start we would just require email details of your students and depending upon the package you purchased we will take care of reporting. Different packages will have separate login requirements however this will be explained in detail before commencing any contract.
