Within our partnership with the IEP Learning Academy we have designed and built micro-learning sessions for the Accredited Sector Induction, a 21 module course that provides practitioners with initial guidance and advice the support of participants with sometime complex needs and barriers to work. This includes modules of learning around Understanding Neurodiversity, Physical and Learning disabilities, Lone parents, Addiction, ex-offenders, and ex-forces to name but a few, as well as host of modules around personal impact, self resilience and coaching skills to help those new to the sector develop their skills in supporting and overcoming challenging situations.
